“My therapeutic approach is holistic and integrative as I believe that the physiological, emotional, cognitive and behavioural systems are influenced by the relationships we find ourselves in and we, in turn, influence our relationships. As a therapist it is my priority to select the best therapeutic approach for each individual, couple or family from my wide range of therapeutic competencies, skills and techniques. The aim of therapy is always to facilitate constructive change and to find meaning in everyday life challenges. I believe that all people have the capacity to turn tragedy into triumph.”
